Returns & Cancellations

At ACR Car Spares we hope that you are happy with your purchases, however we know that sometimes you will need to return or cancel an item. Please read carefully the correct procedures.

All goods should be inspected upon delivery before signing to ensure that the item has not been damaged in transit. If goods prove to be damaged, do not sign, refuse delivery & contact us within 1 working day. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. In the event that a part is supplied and proved to be incorrect or faulty upon fitting, contact us within 48 hours. Arrangements can then be made for its return. If a replacement is not available then a refund will be offered.

In the event that a part is supplied as ordered but the customer had ordered incorrectly, contact us immediately and return the part within 7 days of purchase at the cost of the customer. We will refund the customer but may charge a carriage and packaging fee.
